Place your transaction requests carefully, but if you change your mind about a purchase, BSAC will refund your ISK free of charge. This rule does not apply to trades. Any underwriter could have potentially used it as an exploit. Therefore, redemption rule 5 was removed from the prospectus.

However, a few investors were very interested in learning how things were moving along. Attached is a link to a pdf file with the summary statement. I should caution everyone that the short-term gains that I have seen are not sustainable and I suspect they will decrease substantially once the market starts to catch up. So please, do not assume that we will continue to experience such large returns. However, there still significant room to continue our progress. Forecast earnings are probably a better measure of future returns. I expect these earnings over a three month period, which is well within our target goal of 5% growth. Our target buy-back offer is 98 % NAV. At this time, because of the low buy-back offer, IÆll waive redemption fees. To liquidate at buy-back price First, send ôBSAC MMMö and evemail stating that you want to liquidate ôXö number of shares. It is crucial that you send me an evemail; otherwise I have no way to determine who the shares came from. Do not send shares yet. Is this incorrect? If it is incorrect I can fix it today and send you the additional dividend. Otherwise you will receive BSAMT shares (dividend paying shares) in approximately 1-2 days. The average net-return for this month was 5.50% and not 5.99%. Read the private blog for details. However, the 5.50% does not apply to your account because you invested 500 M on March 8 (Ref ID 1,028,481,678), and therefore half of your total investment missed out on the electronic distributions recorded on Feb 29, March 5, and March 6. On those particular days your earnings were based on your original 500 M investment and not on your full 1 B. Check the stock ledger for distribution dates. I reviewed your account and I noticed that because you converted your Regular account to Premier account in the middle of the month there are 249 BSAMR shares that have not been delivered to you. This brings another interesting point. Having the shares in your wallet is not a sign of ownership. Shares must be recorded in the stock ledger for authenticity. You will receive your additional BSAMT approximately two days after the vote. I should remind everyone that this option is only available to Premier accounts. 3) Distribute ISK redemptions to shareholders holding a Premier account that requested option 3 (cash option). 4) Distribute BSAMR shares to Premier account holders. Although, the shares been offered include 15 batches, the exact time depends on market conditions. So far we have sold one batch every month but Feb. where we had two batches sold. Unless I see a large turn around in the mineral market, the next batch (Batch 7) will probably be offered in June. BSAC MMM EVE Mineral Reserve	Posted - 2008.11.03 14:03:00 - [61] Share Price - new valuation method Presently, share price is fixed at 100,000 ISK and does not reflect the state of the mineral market. As the ôofferedö shares come to a close, BSAMR is seeking to maintain its long-term position while allowing share price to fluctuate with the mineral market. To accomplish this goal, the Fund will be split into two sub-funds; a long-term fund, which we will refer to as the ôReserveö minerals, and a short-term fund, which we will call the ôActiveö minerals. This is not going to be a physical splitting of the Fund, but rather an accounting splitting. Reserve minerals will be valued at ôspeculativeö long-term prices according to our valuation strategy and pricing model. Therefore, minerals on Reserve will not be affected by market volatility. In contrast, Active minerals will be valued at fair market price, which is not acquisition price or sales price, and therefore will be exposed to market volatility. The ratio between Reserve and Active minerals will evolve with market needs. A major benefit of the new accounting method is that share price will reflect mineral market conditions and not some ôun-realö fixed price. In order to encourage share trading in the secondary, we plan to provide a daily share price quote, and upgrade BSAMR shares with new tradable shares, effectively removing the stock ledger restrictions.
